Grief In Motion:
A Community Walk

The upcoming walk is an opportunity for people with all types of grief to come together with intention, in community. Expanding the traditional definition of grief, this event considers the nuances of grief, including loss or significant life change. Grief can accompany changes in relationships, health, identity, family, community, career, or other hopes and expectations for the future. Grief can be in anticipation of a loss or change, complicated, and can go unrecognized or misunderstood by others.

This will be a time to be together, walk, and reflect. Please reach out with any questions.
